Come the Shadows
This book was a bit slow for me, but in the end I did enjoy it. I liked Will and Laura. It was refreshing to read about a couple that has been together for such a long time. They also have a great relationship. I like the lack of turmoil between the main couple. The mystery was interesting, but I felt like it could have been fleshed out a bit more. I didn't really get a sense of who was behind the corruption and why they wanted all that property. I was left with some questions in the end. The book does end with an opening for a sequel. I look forward to reading that one as well.
