Married by Monday
I hadn't read the first in this series before I started Married by Monday. I quickly sought out Wife by Wednesday and devoured the book. I'm a stickler for reading books in order. While I do recommend the first book in the series, I don't think it is necessary to read it before Married by Monday. This can definitely hold up as a stand alone novel.I loved Carter and Eliza together. Therir banter was amusing and really showed the sexual tension between the two. While their mariage is one of convenience, you can see that they are really meant for each other. Unlike the first book, this one has a bit of intrigue in it. Eliza has a secret and things are not what they seem to be on the surface. I thought that part of the book was interesting and gave the book some extra excitement.
I am really enjoying this series and I look forward to the next book. I hope it comes out soon!!
