I finished this book a little while ago and I can't say that any one story stood out for me. It may be because all four of the plots were similar. I know that was the premise of the book, but I felt it made the stories all blend together in the end. I listened to the audiobook and I did enjoy the alternating narrations. It helped to break up the stories a bit more. I have always liked narrations by SImon Prebble and Anne Flosnik.
