It's Always Been You
I am so in love with this series! It's Always Been You is a great addition. I totally loved Ben and Olivia. Ben has been thrust into a position he never wanted..taking command of a company of soldiers. At first, I thought he was just lazy. I'll admit, I didn't like that about Ben at first. But, I found that he just lacks some confidence in his ability to lead. He also wants to do the right thin by his men and sometimes that is hard to do in a military setting. Especially when they are trying to kick out the riff-raff. I liked what he did for Foster and Zittoro. Sometimes giving someone hope is enough. Olivia has a whole set of baggage on her shoulders. Her past experiences with child abuse have definitely colored her ability to take her personal feelings out of her cases. It has also allowed her to build a steel wall around her heart. I think I liked these two together because despite their clashing initially, they were good for each other. Their chemistry was flirty and a lot of fun to watch. Their HEA was super sweet. I can't wait to read the next book in the series. I hope it comes out soon!
